Cookie Policy

Last Updated:

1. Overview

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also use similar browser storage (such as local storage). This policy lists every cookie and storage item the Lumie website and dashboard use, and why.

We only use cookies and storage that are needed for the site to work or that remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The Lumie phone service does not use cookies.

2. Cookies and Storage We Use

Strictly necessary items make sign-in and payments work and can't be switched off. Functional items remember your choices. Statsig and the sidebar setting are only used in the signed-in dashboard.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how quickly they load. They do not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and they do not identify you or follow you across other websites. They record the page visited, the referring site, your country, and your device and browser type, plus page performance measurements.

If you use the "Talk to Lumie" voice demo, your browser asks for permission to use your microphone. The demo does not set cookies; see our Privacy Policy for how demo conversations are handled.

4. Managing Cookies

You can view, block, or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you won't be able to sign in to the dashboard. Clearing functional items resets your preferences.

5. Changes and Contact

We will update this page if we change the cookies or storage we use. Questions? Email support@lumie.chat.
